Templeton 2025 Sponsorship

Templeton has a happier backstory than some of our other residents; he was very well loved and taken care of by his owner, and she brought him to Gentle Acres after helping out with the other animals, so that Templeton would have the company of other pigs and animals. 

It wasn’t the smoothest transition, Poppy and Stew took a long time to warm up to Templeton, and he took even longer to warm up to us, but now he’s our favorite grumpy guy. He complains a lot but he loves gentle scritches behind his ears, laying down near you, and taking treats from your hand. 

Monthly Feed Costs: $12 in pot belly pig feed, $6 in treats, $25 in fresh produce/alfalfa hay

Farrier every 4-6 months: $150 each
