Wounds to Wisdom was created out of love and loss. I started this nonprofit initiative in honor of my brother, who passed away from suicide. His journey opened my eyes to how desperately we need intentional spaces where men can feel safe, seen, and supported in their mental health.

What began as an intimate supper club has grown into a powerful movement: long tables where men gather to share stories, break bread, and release the stigma around vulnerability. These evenings are more than events — they are catalysts for healing, connection, and community transformation.

But one gathering isn’t enough. The need is too great, and the call is too urgent. Our vision is to continue fostering these sacred spaces across cities and communities, creating consistent opportunities for men to lay down their burdens, build brotherhood, and transform their wounds into wisdom.
