Why Armenia Matters

Armenia is the first Christian nation in the world, a land where faith took root more than 1,700 years ago and has endured through persecution, invasion, and exile. From Mount Ararat, where Noah’s Ark came to rest, to becoming the first Christian nation in 301 AD, Armenia stands as a living testimony of God’s faithfulness.

Its monasteries carved into cliffs, ancient stone crosses, and sacred landmarks all bear witness to a people who have carried the light of Christ through every generation.

Today, Armenia stands at a strategic crossroads of the 10/40 Window, uniquely positioned to share the Gospel with nations that remain closed to the message of Jesus. This makes Armenia not only a land of deep biblical heritage but also a key gateway for the Gospel to reach the unreached.

What We Do

Through One for Armenia, we serve the nation through practical aid, education, and spiritual renewal. Our work focuses on four key areas:

Community Outreach and Humanitarian Aid – providing relief, food, medical support, refugee care, and local development across Armenia.
Education and Empowerment – offering educational programs, workshops and youth sports initiatives that build stronger futures.
Advocacy and Awareness – sharing Armenia’s biblical and Christian heritage, promoting global understanding of its needs and challenges, and mobilizing advocates worldwide.
Discovery and Delegation Trips – leading teams, vision trips, and delegations to Armenia that educate, connect, and inspire people to be part of God’s work in this land.

Our vision is to see Armenia thrive as both a nation and a witness. We believe the country that first embraced Christianity is called once again to shine as a light to the nations, a beacon of hope, faith, and endurance for the world.

Through service, storytelling, and unity, One for Armenia seeks to strengthen the Church, uplift communities, and inspire believers around the world to stand with Armenia.
