Introduction:

Thanking all WAU donors for your generous giving through the years, helping WAU to grow and making impact in Wichita. WAU is asking for donations to grow its Scholarship Fund, in order to give more meaningful amounts for a bigger impact. The cost of education is almost out of reach for many these days while student loans come with long-term challenges, plus not everyone can access them. August 2025, we awarded five scholarships of $750 each to five students. Since 2018, WAU has awarded 23 scholarships to students at the following schools: Wichita State University, Friends University, Butler County Community College, Bethel College, Hesston College, and McPherson College. A monthly giving of any amount ($25, or $40 or $50 etc.) would create a significant gift by the end of a year. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
