We Care for Rare 2025

This February, Coastal Kids Home Care is honoring our patients with rare genetic syndromes, rare congenital conditions, and rare diseases through our We Care for Rare initiative. At Coastal Kids Home Care our clinicians offer comprehensive in-home medical care for hundreds of Rare Kids every year and we are honored to highlight them during Rare Disease Month, culminating on Rare Disease Day, February 28th. This campaign celebrates the resilience and strength of children and families facing unique challenges while raising awareness of their rare diseases and conditions.
