At Williamsburg Christian Retreat Center (WCRC), our summer staff are more than employees—they're missionaries. Each day of camp is a new opportunity for them to share the love of Jesus, disciple young hearts, and create unforgettable experiences that help kids grow in faith, confidence, and community.

This year, we increased our summer staff salaries to better reflect their dedication, leadership, and Christlike service. These raises allow our 27 summer staffers to focus fully on ministry—without worrying about how they'll afford to serve.

Now, we're inviting YOU to partner with us in this mission!

Our Goal: Raise $35,000 to cover these salary increases so every camper is served by staff who are spiritually and financially supported.

Like a mission trip, this is a chance to sow into the Kingdom—and every dollar you give supports the entire team, not just individuals. It’s a community effort to bless those who are blessing others.
