Raise funds for a van to serve as a Mobile Resource Navigation Hub, allowing The Healing Project to deliver critical resources directly to underserved communities in Austin and surrounding areas.

Why We Need Your Help

Transportation and access to resources are major barriers for individuals in low-income and unhoused communities. A mobile van will help The Healing Project provide emergency food assistance, housing support, and resource navigation directly to those who need it most, bridging the gap for those unable to reach our headquarters or pantry.

How the Mobile Van Will Be Used

The van will:

• Distribute Resources: Deliver emergency food, baby supplies, hygiene products, household items, mattresses, and other essentials.

• Provide Navigation Services: Offer real-time assistance with food and housing applications, rental and utility aid, and transportation needs.

• Host Pop-Up Community Wellness Events and Workshops: Partner with local organizations to provide health screenings, fitness activities, yoga, coaching, and resource navigation workshops.

• Support Existing Programs: Enhance the reach of initiatives like the Project Babies Advocacy Program, Resource Navigation, Mattress Matters, and emergency food assistance.

2. Cover fuel and maintenance costs to ensure the van remains operational year-round.
