When you give this year, you’re contributing to increasing the Workplace Fairness team’s operational capacity to launch a new training program that aims to impact more workers than ever before.

The Elevated Workplace is a comprehensive training designed to help workers, employers and those in leadership positions develop an in-depth understanding of belonging, psychologically safe workplaces, and employment laws through interactive activities, dynamic discussions, and advanced resources.

Our full and half day trainings will be conducted virtually or in-person (in the DMV area) and aim to strengthen leadership teams, retention and workplace culture, while providing the opportunity to earn CE and CLE credits.
