The lucky winner will be announced the day after Winterfest, Dec. 15, on the @virginiahighlanddistrict Instagram and contacted via email. Per Georgia law, all raffles and lotteries are subject to sales tax. The winner will be responsible for paying applicable sales tax on the bike.
