Wonder Girls is a 501c3 non-profit | empowerment program for middle, high school, and college girls that focuses on building confidence, leadership, community, and business skills.

We bring together a powerful and phenomenal network of diverse and multicultural professional women to teach, lead, inspire, and empower our Wonder Girls, supporting both their personal and professional growth. Through our full-year or half-year programs, our girls experience a series of life-changing workshops, community service projects, and interactive field trips that truly impact their lives and the way they feel about themselves.

Wonder Girls is not just a school program — it’s a movement that will give our girls a powerful, collective voice and help them to build life skills no matter what career or educational path they choose.

Wonder Girls programming is dedicated to building confidence, leadership, community, and the necessary business skills to succeed.

Our Impact in 5 Years:

Empowered over 3,000 girls in 20 schools in New York, New Jersey and 2 Bronx schools
Granted over $60,000 in college scholarships
Built a mentor network of 150+ diverse and multicultural professional women
Developed partnerships with more than 40 local & national non-profits, businesses, & organizations
Logged 1,000s of hours of impactful community service
Published our 1st WONDER GIRLS book
Featured on national and local TV, newspapers & magazines
Received a national award for our “Community Service Work” from U.S. Homeland Security

Our mentor network is made up of 150+ diverse and multicultural professional women, many of which are small business owners.

Donations to our Wonder Girls Support Fund will ensure that our program is offered at more schools and will continue to positively impact the lives of more girls.
