As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all sponsorships and donations are tax-deductible and directly support our mission to enhance education and professional development for women in the maritime industry. Welcome Reception Details

Kick off the event with our Welcome Reception on Wednesday, March 26, at The Moran CITYCENTRE. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with maritime industry professionals before the big day.

Time: 5:30 - 8:30 pm
Location: The Moran CITYCENTRE
Attire: Cocktail/Business Casual
Details: Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be provided

Transportation Details

To make your experience seamless, we’re offering a complimentary shuttle service on the day of the Clay Shoot. You do not need to be a hotel guest to use the shuttle.

Pick-up Times:
- 7:30 AM – Shooters
- 10:30 AM – Non-shooting participants

Clay Shoot Details

Due to the incredible growth of this event, we’ve moved to a larger venue to accommodate more participants and activities!

Two courses with 10 stations each – All teams will compete in the same flight
Shells will be provided
At least two members on each team should bring a shotgun to ensure that everyone can share. Please note that guns are not available for rent at Westside.
Up to 72 shooting teams – Our largest turnout yet!
Non-shooting activities (starting at noon) – Enjoy a wine & whiskey pull, retail vendors, and more for a fun-filled day.

This event is rain or shine. Please wear closed-toe shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a great attitude—it’s going to be an amazing day!

12 pm Flurry Shootout, Lunch, Bar Opens, Music, Shopping, Wine and Whiskey Pull, Networking
