Women in STEM Leadership Career Accelerator Bootcamp

The Women in STEM Leadership Career Accelerator Bootcamp is an initiative focused on empowering women from underserved communities to break into STEM fields. This program is particularly aimed at helping women escaping human trafficking, like one of our current student members, who is a survivor and living testament to the transformative power of education and mentorship.

Our Mission

The STEM Career Accelerator Bootcamp equips women from marginalized backgrounds, especially those impacted by systemic injustices, with critical skills in data science, engineering, technology, and more. By fostering an inclusive and supportive environment, we empower survivors to reclaim their futures, develop leadership qualities, and access life-changing career opportunities.

Why This Matters

Women, particularly those from underrepresented groups or who have survived trafficking, face immense barriers to entry in STEM careers. This bootcamp directly addresses these challenges by offering:

• Hands-on training in high-demand technical fields.
• Leadership development to build confidence and influence in male-dominated industries.
• Mentorship from established women in STEM, offering guidance and career support.
• Job placement assistance to ensure participants secure sustainable employment.
