Please be prompt for 8:00 p.m. Pickup.
Please WRITE STUDENT NAME/GRADE (elementary school if in 5th grade) AND LIST 2 EMERGENCY CONTACTS (including names and phone numbers). WHEN PURCHASING TICKET.
Fun Areas for your student to enjoy: DJ and 2 Inflatable Obstacle Courses. $35 admission with pre-paid ticket price includes pizza, snacks, and water bottle. Tickets are non-refundable. Regrettably we can not accommodate food allergies and tickets are nonrefundable. Thank you for contributing to WMS PTO fundraiser!
