Our workplace readiness programs have proven be to help our participants be employable and provide a pathway to obtain higher quality jobs later in life.

At Workplace Essentials and Beyond (WEAB), we know that financial stability, along with education and health, is one of the building blocks of opportunity—but it doesn’t happen overnight. A steady income is the result of a good education and effective career training. Workplace Essentials and Beyond (WEAB) is improving the future success of economically disadvantaged and disabled youth by providing early labor market experience and work-based learning opportunities that include positive relationships with Leaders to enhance growth and development.
