Support our Career Development Program

Central Florida Foundation is generously offering a $35,000 matching grant to support Women on the Rise International, Inc. (WOTR) in securing essential funding for our Career Development program in Orlando. Your contribution can make an incredible difference.

Help us support 60 women through the Career Development Cohort. This program aids women on the brink of the benefits cliff -particularly single mothers and minorities- allowing them to advance their careers without losing essential public benefits.

Cost per woman is $2,230, which includes: free childcare, food, and life-changing programming.
