Vendor payments are processed through Givebutter, which uses nonprofit-style language like donation or donor during checkout.
This is simply how the platform works and does not change your vendor status.
A small processing fee applies, and all payments include an emailed receipt for your records.

You will get an email from the vendor team withing two weeks of payment received confirming Festival Zone
You will receive a large email no later than 1 week before the event with all the details, tips and guides we have compiled over the past couple of years.
