The Wildland Residents Association (WRA) has proudly served the San Marcos Pass and surrounding mountain communities since 1982, focusing on wildfire prevention, volunteer emergency response, and public safety education. Entirely volunteer-run, WRA operates the San Marcos Pass Volunteer Fire Department and supports fuel reduction, home-hardening programs, and emergency preparedness efforts—with no paid staff and every dollar going directly to the mission.

Your annual donation makes a direct impact. It helps train and equip volunteer firefighters, supports community workshops and alerts, and funds critical fire prevention work year-round.
