Why we are fundraising now
WSAF is advancing Draft Bill 97304, the Florida Building Water Safety Protocol.
This draft proposes a statewide framework built around registration, monitoring, reporting, maintenance planning, inspections, recordkeeping, and public health notification for cooling towers, domestic water holding tanks, and supplemental disinfection systems.

WSAF also supports a Florida Building Water Safety Clearinghouse concept.
This approach creates a centralized registry and data hub to support compliance, transparency, and early warning surveillance for contaminated building water systems.
