For our 60th Anniversary, we're celebrating the lasting impact WSDCA has had on the 15 counties of western South Dakota (that's nearly 30,000 square miles!).

We help seniors navigate Medicare and prescription drugs, secure stable housing for local citizens, weatherize South Dakota homes against heat and cold, and so much more!
