Empowering Young Filmmakers

Since 2018, 116 girls have stepped behind the camera through Girls' Voices Now. In 2025 alone, 12 new filmmakers from across Los Angeles created three powerful documentaries: Unheard Voices, Expecting Young, and Phoenix — films that challenge injustice and ignite empathy.

Your generosity made it possible. And now, we're dreaming even bigger for 2026, expanding mentorship, launching the LUMINA Summit, and pairing youth filmmakers with industry mentors through Beyond the Lens.
