Through our Girls' Voices Now youth development program, Women’s Voices Now (WVN) empowers aspiring and emerging filmmakers by building their professional skills and boosting their confidence.

Your Support Makes This Possible

Funds from this campaign will help us run the GVN 2025 Summer Program! Here's how your contribution can make an impact:

$2,000 – Stipend for one Media Chaperone (independent filmmakers who mentor participants through the production process)
$1,000 – Equipment and supplies for one production team (includes hardware, water, snacks, etc.)
$500 – Stipend for one GVN Participant (GVN is free to attend, and each participant receives a $500 stipend)
$400 – Nutritious meals for one participant throughout the duration of the 4-week program
$250 – Transportation for a production team to their filming locations (rideshare costs for multi-location shoots)
$150 – TAP cards (metro, bus fares) for the 2025 GVN cohort

The Women’s Voices Now Film Festival uplifts emerging filmmakers by providing a platform to share their stories and awarding cash prizes.
Girls’ Voices Now (GVN) is a four-week summer intensive combining filmmaking theory and hands-on practice.
The Voices for Change Film Collection (V4C) is a free online archive of films from GVN, the Festival, and more, expanding reach and public speaking opportunities through partner events.

All three programs include in-person screenings and events in Los Angeles and around the world, helping young creators spark conversations and drive change.
