As we say good riddance to a year that saw the dismantling of USAID and deepened suffering for many people facing conflict, food insecurity, and serious health challenges, I’m choosing to mark my birthday by supporting Songea’s Kids. Songea’s Kids is a grassroots, all-volunteer organization that walks alongside vulnerable families in Southern Tanzania, enabling them to provide a better future for their children.
