Since 1990, Wyoming Health Council has served as the statewide administrator of the federally funded family planning program, Title X — supporting access to essential preventive health services across our state.

Through a network of 8 partner agencies and 10 service sites, we help more than 4,600 individuals each year access routine reproductive health care — regardless of income, insurance status, or location.

We believe everyone deserves access to care that helps them stay healthy and plan for their future. Family planning is often the first point of contact with the health care system — and a foundation for strong families and healthy communities.

As Wyoming’s statewide Title X administrator, we do more than manage grants. We provide training, clinical resources, and operational support to local health centers — ensuring that care across Wyoming remains high-quality, affordable, and available to those who need it most.
