Walter joined us from the Little Elm Animal Shelter, and the "Friends of the Little Elm Animal Shelter" (FLEAS) very generously covered Walter's intake exam (vaccinations, heartworm test, fecal test, heartworm prevention, etc. = over $240).

Since then, we've had about $1000 in medical bills for little Walter. The biggest chunk of that is for his dental work - he had several teeth extracted, - and for heart medication. He'll be on his heart medication for the rest of his life.

We never know what we're going to run into with a new intake, especially a senior pup, but $1000 for this tiny guy was a big hit to our funds, and we appreciate anything you can do to help.
