Carbondale Warming Center Donations

Thank you so much for supporting the Carbondale Warming Center with a financial donation to ensure the safety of our guests, and the community. Your contribution is greatly needed and appreciated!

The Carbondale Warming Center was established as a nighttime winter shelter. With the onset of the COVID-19 epidemic the shelter has transitioned to a 24-hour shelter and remained open to provide a safe place for guests to shelter in place. 

From December 2019 - September 2020 we’ve served 286 guests, served over 24,000 meals, and found permanent housing for 48 people, among them, 3 families with a total of 11 children. On an average night there are 35-40 guests staying at the center. 

The Carbondale Warming Center is a registered 501c3 charitable organization. You may use this receipt for tax purposes. You received no goods or services in exchange for this donation.
