This event is more than just a dip in the water; it's a chance to experience the significant health benefits of cold water therapy. This is a FREE community event however donations are greatly appreciated during registration! This event is a part of IMPACT MONTANA's social and physical wellness programming. The goal is to unite the community and share ways to improve health and well-being while showing our unwavering support for Montana's former/active military members, first responders, and their families. Impact Montana hopes to help our Montana communities become the healthiest they can be.
