ICON360 is the 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization of Harlem's Fashion Row; dedicated to eliminating the inequities faced by designers of color and fashion departments at HBCUs.

Founded by Brandice Daniel during the COVID-19 pandemic, ICON360 emerged as a vital resource to support designers of color through challenging times. Recognizing the broader needs of the community, our mission quickly expanded to nurturing emerging talent from HBCU fashion programs.
