Jessica Chavez-Smith's Story

“Why I climb” for cancer holds profound significance as it's not just about the physical journey but a heartfelt tribute to those we hold dear. The climb honors loved ones, friends, partners, family members, caregivers, and every member of the support circle impacted by cancer, including yourself. We will provide a "Tribute Flag," a symbol of remembrance and encouragement, where participants can record messages or artwork honoring those they climb for. This tradition, central to Survivors at the Summit for over 25 years, embodies the collective spirit of resilience and solidarity. CallTower participates because we have families and friends who have been affected by this horrible disease. We walk to support those who have been impacted because we care deeply and because we believe in the cause. Most importantly, we walk so that those facing cancer never feel alone in their journey.
