UIU Toronto- Medglobe Medical Outreach

Umu Igbo Unite (UIU) is proud to partner with the MEDGLOBE Initiative to bring hope and healing to our people through a Rural Community Medical Outreach in Imo State, Nigeria, this November 2025.

In many rural communities, families—especially women, children, and the elderly—struggle to access even the most basic healthcare. This outreach will provide free medical consultations, health screenings, essential medicines, and health education to 100 vulnerable families who need it most.

As part of this initiative, we will be distributing a range of critical medical supplies, including but not limited to:

Anti-malarials

Antibiotics

Painkillers

Immune boosters

Vitamin C supplements

Malaria Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT) kits

Dewormers

These supplies are carefully selected to address the most pressing health needs in the community and will be administered by qualified medical professionals.

Through this partnership, we are living out the true spirit of “Maka obodo anyị” — giving back to our community and making a tangible difference at home. Every contribution, big or small, helps us cover essential drugs, medical supplies, and logistics needed to make this outreach possible.
