2024 Giving Tuesday for The Wooden Stone School

As we celebrate the season of thankfulness and gratitude for the world we live in - we ask you to rejoice in the preservation of the history that built our local education system and the community that rallies around the second oldest schoolhouse in Michigan. 
A local artifact maintained and preserved, for the community and youth, all by donations and selfless volunteers. 

The programs have grown in the last two years and we need your help to sustain and develop the programs we offer and the outreach we currently have. 
Looking to 2025, we will be celebrating our 175th Anniversary and serving even more local schools through education programs and field trips. 
We partner with the community to share the educational journey of the schoolhouse and community since 1850. We need your help to “keep the lights on” and reach even more people!
