Workplace Fairness provides free legal resources and materials that more effectively build community awareness of workplace matters and promote progressive changes in employment law, policies and practices.

Workplace Fairness provides free access to comprehensive and unbiased information about workers' rights to inform and educate, which serves as an essential component to any workplace.

Workplace Fairness creates and maintains a free portal regarding workers' rights. WF educates workers, employers, legal services, workforce development agencies, and community organizations. Workplace Fairness engages and fosters a community of leaders who believe in the values of rights and fairness for workers; and community builders who support the fair treatment of workers.
