Want to commemorate a gift donation to South West Florida Horse Rescue?

We offer Dedication Certificates both "In Honor of" and "In Memory of", that can be mailed or emailed to a selected party. You will also have the ability to post to the commemorative wall on this page to signify your donation and dedication. To process Dedication Certificates:

Select "Donate Certificate"

In the "Select amount" Section

Choose a frequency (One-Time, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly)
Then choose an amount for your gift donation (the minimum amount is $50)
1. you can choose other if you don't see a value you wish on the pre-populated amounts
Then choose "+ Add a message"
1. this is what you'd like to say on the certificate. i.e. "You are the best! We love you."
Next click "Continue"

In the "Additional information" section

Here you will provide the details of your certificate. You may see duplicated questions. This is to guarantee we receive all the information we need for your Dedication Certificate.

In the "Final details" section

Review the Donation amount + fees for electronic payments
Next the Give in honor/memory selection may be redundant but you can fill this out too if you want your information on the commemorative wall.
1. Select In honor of or In memory of. By clicking on the words "In honor of" you can change your selection to "In memory of"
2. Then type in the Honoree name*
3. You'll have the option to select +Add recipient to notify, which you would then have to enter the Recipient's name & email
