For over 30 years, with the help of New Jerusalem Christian Church, Bright Futures has opened doors for thousands of children in Dauphin County — giving them the start in life every child deserves.

But right now, that mission is under threat.

The State of Pennsylvania has frozen Pre-K Counts funding once again. It’s been 3 months without a single dollar. If we wait on politics, children will lose their chance at free, high-quality Pre-K. Families will be turned away. Teachers will face cuts just as the school year begins.
