Island Health Care (IHC) provides equitable, high-quality, and affordable health services and support to the Martha’s Vineyard community—and has done so for more than 20 years. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), IHC ensures comprehensive, patient-centered care for all Islanders, regardless of ability to pay.

Demand for IHC’s services has grown exponentially in recent years. While we’ve been able to hire staff to provide services, our facilities are too small and outdated to serve our clients effectively.
