3-16-24 Movie Theaters through Time
The tour will begin at the Missouri Theatre, Locust and Ninth. Please arrive 10 minutes before the starting time of the tour and bring your ticket to be scanned on your phone or printed copy. The tour will be approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. The tour will end at Ragtag Cinema, 10 HItt Street.
Reservations are required for this FREE ticketed event. Donations are appreciated. CoMo Preservation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code: EIN 92-3600391. This means that donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations can be made at any time on our website or text "1821" to 53555.
If the case of inclement weather and/or other type of cancellation, a decision will be made 24 hours prior to the tour to reschedule it. Be sure to check your email for the notice.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the COMO PRESERVATION'S programs, related events and activities, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:
1. The risk of injury from many of the activities is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular skills, rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,
I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE COMO PRESERVATION or others and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
2. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest CoMo Preservation member and/or volunteer immediately; and,
3. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS COMO PRESERVATION it's officers, officials, directors, coordinators, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors and advertisers ("RELEASEES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE COMO PRESERVATION OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
