Inclusive Community Experiences
Families of children with disabilities often skip the events that define a community — football games, festivals, parades — because there is no quiet space, no calming support, and no one trained to help when overwhelm hits.
Your gift changes that.
Inclusive Community Experiences brings low-stimulation zones, calming tools, trained volunteers, and accessible wayfinding directly into high-traffic community spaces. Large events become places where every child can participate with comfort, dignity, and joy. Your support doesn’t fund abstractions — it funds presence, participation, and belonging for families who deserve to be part of the moments that shape our city.
⭐ GIVING LEVELS
$10 — Comfort for One Child: Provides a calming tool or ear protection so one child can stay at an event that might otherwise overwhelm them.
$25 — Support for a Family’s First Step Inside: Supplies the sensory items a family needs to confidently enter a large event together — instead of sitting it out.
$50 — Clear Wayfinding for Families: Prints visual guides, signage inserts, or support materials that help families quickly identify accessible zones.
$100 — Strengthens the Volunteer Team: Covers refreshments and comfort items so volunteers can support families for multi-hour events without burnout.
$250 — Builds an Inclusive Support Station: Purchases the tools, signage, and take-home calming items that anchor one side of a venue in accessibility.
$500 — Sponsors a Quiet, Calming Environment: Funds the setup of a dedicated low-stimulation space — a quiet tent or mobile calming zone — where families can regulate and return to the event with confidence.
$1,250 — Makes a Full Stadium Inclusive (One Event): Covers dual support stations positioned across a venue, calming tools, signage, volunteer support, and parent resources — transforming a large event into an accessible experience for dozens of families.
$2,500 — Expands Accessibility Across the Season: Funds all-inclusive support for two major community events, increasing visibility and normalizing inclusion in large public gatherings.
$5,000 — Season Champion for Inclusive Access: Equips an entire stadium or venue series for a full season of inclusive support — supporting thousands of attendees and modeling best-practice community accessibility.
