I am participating in this campaign because I know that these donations help to: Provide for students with financial needs in affording chorus-related expenses like outfits, FairShare fees, and other possible student-specific costs Fund booster budget needs like sheet music, practice tracks, piano maintenance, concert accompanists, program incentives, accounting and program management costs, team-building initiatives, etc. Travel subsidies, substitute teachers, guest instrumentalists, in-school clinicians, etc. This donation campaign's purpose is to minimize the out of pocket expenses for students in our program, so that all students have equal access to high quality resources and positive experiences in music. Chorus is awesome. We learn all about music history, how to read music, and how to become stronger singers both alone and in a group setting. Outside of class, I take dance and I like to write, read comics, and work out. In the future I would like to pursue music and dance further. I'm proud to be in this chorus program because it is a fantastic opportunity for young singers and it provides a community for musical talent to flourish.
