The Ho Chi Minh Youth Union of Da Nang University's College of Education is helping to build roads, a playground, a library, and other infrastructure for needy students in a remote village of Quang Nam, Vietnam. Let's help them reach their goals!

Our campaign ended successfully thanks to your donations!
We built a 200 square meter playground for local people in Tra Mai, Quang Nam Province.
And here is a picture of me and the volunteer team leader with a letter saying that his team has received all the donations:

The volunteer team had a really hard time, and the campaign was almost cancelled due to financial problems, but it was because of you that the campaign was a success.

Hey comrades, WE MADE IT to the stretch goal! As of now we are turning off donations, because we've been informed that what we've raised should be enough to secure all the needed materials for this campaign.
In the next few days we will transfer the money to Vietnam via Western Union, then post the receipt of acceptance of the donation from the union leadership here. We also hope to post some photos and videos from the campaign here along with a statement of gratitude, so please stay tuned!
We are so excited that we were able to raise these funds so quickly. Thanks so much and stay rad!!!

HEY! We made it to $500!!! This is amazing because we thought it would take a few more days to get here, so thank you all SO MUCH for your support!
THAT SAID... we just got a call from the leader of the Youth Union team, Trieu, and unfortunately he says that the price of cement has gone up, and they want to make sure they get a high enough quality cement that it serves the people of the village well for many years to come. If you can help by donating a little more or sharing the link around, it would go a long way.
Trieu says that the work WILL get done regardless, but the extra $350 would just improve the quality and make it last a lot longer.
