At YWCA Duluth, we work towards gender justice through advocating and organizing around passing the Minnesota Equal Rights Amendment, support immigrant justice through our New Neighbors Program and New Neighbors Mutual Aid Fund, create solutions for the childcare crisis with our partners in the Childcare Implementation Task Force and strengthen professional skills for young women and gender expansive people through connecting them to local, female changemakers in our Young Leaders Program.
