Ayanna, a proud native of Detroit, MI, is a dedicated registered nurse with a passion for patient care. She works in the fast-paced environment of the emergency room and has recently expanded her expertise into home healthcare. Her deep commitment to patient well-being fuels her drive to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare field.

 

Outside of her clinical work, Ayanna is an active volleyball coach who loves sharing her passion for the sport. She enjoys mentoring the next generation of athletes and helping them develop both their skills and confidence.

 

Currently, Ayanna is pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing, with a focus on becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Mental health is a cause close to her heart, and she’s excited to be working toward making a difference in this important field.

 

When Ayanna isn’t working or studying, she enjoys spending quality time with her two dogs. As a member of the Carolina Stars, she looks forward to building her knowledge and skills while inspiring young women to chase their dreams and believe in their ability to achieve anything they set their minds to.
