Common Ground Consortium-Kickoff Campaign

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Official Kickstart Fundraising Campaign for The Common Ground Consortium (501c3)!

Our mission is to amplify inclusion through cultural education, engagement & entertainment and we need your support to make it happen. Our kickoff goal is to raise $75,000 to support our innovative approach to enhancing cultural intelligence, fostering intentional inclusion, and celebrating diversity through education, engagement, and entertainment.

Who We Are:  The Common Ground Consortium is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mentorship, education, and mediation to foster cultural intelligence and enhance social skills. We strive to create a united world where cultural differences spark understanding, compassion, and enrichment rather than division.

What We Do: 

-Cultural Intelligence: We provide resources and training to improve cultural IQ, enhancing social skills and fostering a sense of belonging for all.

-Education: We offer educational programs aimed at increasing awareness and understanding of diverse cultures.

-Engagement: We engage communities through interactive events and activities that promote cultural exchange.

-Entertainment: We use art, music, and performances to break down cultural barriers and celebrate diversity.

-Cultural Mentorship: We connect individuals with cross-cultural mentors to guide and support their journey towards cultural competence.

How We Do It:

-The Common Ground Multicultural Community Choir will debut in Winter 2024: A vibrant ensemble spreading our message of positive synergy, dismantling stereotypes, and fostering collaboration.

-Monthly Events: Including partnerships with restaurants, cultural field trips, and monthly mingles and panel discussions to facilitate dialogue and understanding among diverse groups.

Our Impact:

Through our initiatives, we have touched countless lives by fostering cultural intelligence and enhancing social skills across communities nationwide. We are committed to a future where every individual feels valued and included, regardless of their socio-cultural identity.

Join the Movement:

We are searching for charismatic and compassionate leaders to join our cause as members of our Board of Directors. We need individuals who share our vision of a united world and can help us foster sincere understanding among diverse communities.

Become a Cross-Cultural Mentor:

We are launching an ambitious initiative to recruit 100 cross-cultural mentors to serve as ambassadors and cultural IQ coaches. This program is vital to fostering genuine understanding and connection among diverse communities.
