About Ashley:

Ashley Kelly is a Senior Business Consultant with J.P Morgan Chase with over 20 years in business and commercial banking. Within her line of business, she focuses on supporting Minority, Women and Veteran Owned businesses. The mission is to establish a community of support designed to address the challenges that small businesses face: lacking access to information, procurement opportunities, and access to capital through 1:1 Mentoring. She is helping to advance racial equity by supporting underserved small businesses in the Phoenix community with tools and resources to help them improve their financial wellbeing.

Ashley has spent most of that time working with business owners and creating opportunities for those companies. She has served on the women's leadership committees, became a certified women's banking advocate. She is heavily involved with the bank's DEI programs for minorities in diverse segments. In 2023 she was awarded by the Phoenix Business Journals 40 under 40 for the work she does in the community.

She is currently a board member on the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the YWCA of Central Arizona. She also serves on the advisory committee for Impact AZ through Millionaire Master Mind Academy. Ashley has a lot of passion towards helping others, especially in communities that are considered underserved.

Ashley and her husband are natives and have 3 kids (20,11,and 5), living in South Phoenix. They enjoy traveling and trying new restaurants.

About Dorothy:

Dorothy Mashburn is a negotiations expert and global supply chain leader. She is passionate about teaching professional women how to apply the latest techniques from social science, influence, and persuasion to negotiate with impact!

With over 500 negotiation deals with CEOs, board rooms, and executives at fortune 500 companies, Dorothy has experimented and sharpened her negotiation expertise which she am happy to share with countless professionals.
