Scholarships

Hi. My name is Sharon Garratt. I'm the President of Partners of the Americas, Arkansas-East Bolivia Chapter. We are part of the National Partners of the Americas Organization, joining others throughout the Americas to connect individuals to serve the common good and change lives for the better. One way that we change lives is providing student scholarships. 

The Kay Kraeft Music Scholarship, $500.00, was founded by the Arkansas-East Bolivia Partnership in 2021 in honor of Dr. Kraeft to assist Bolivian musicians to study at the University of Central Arkansas, Department of Music. 

The Don and Thecia Taylor Scholarship, $500.00, honors the services by the Taylors to our organization and supports a deserving Bolivian student who is pursuing a graduate degree at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service. 

The Robert and Maria Teresa Frans Scholarship, $500.00, is awarded to a citizen of Bolivia who is studying at the University of Arkansas (Fayetteville).
