Youth Leadership Summit 2026

On Friday, May 1, 2026, Change Our Future founders Rodney McLeod Jr., Super Bowl champion and former Philadelphia Eagle, and his wife Erika McLeod will welcome more than 100 high school students from across Philadelphia to the 5th Annual “I AM” Youth Leadership Summit.

Returning to The School District of Philadelphia from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., the milestone fifth-year gathering will expand its programming, partnerships and student engagement — making the 2026 summit the largest and most impactful to date.

Now a cornerstone initiative of the Change Our Future, the “I AM” Youth Leadership Summit continues to grow in both scale and significance. What began as a vision to create safe, affirming spaces for young leaders has evolved into one of the foundation’s signature annual events, cultivating confidence, leadership and real-world readiness among Black and Brown youth across the city.
