Welcome to our annual drive to raise funds for the Palestinian House of Friendship's distribution of "Boxes of Love".

We are horrified and terrified by the absolutely intolerable situation right now in Palestine. The Israeli right wing government, led by Benjamin Netanyahu and his extremist ministers, is escalating the violence, talking about arming Israeli citizens and blatantly claiming all the land from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea. Israeli settlers are terrorizing the Palestinian population and killing people—including children—with no accountability. The Israeli military supports the settlers and their vicious attacks on Palestinians. The situation is dire.

Despite these daily threats to life, our friends on the ground, leading the Palestinian House of Friendship in Nablus on the West Bank, are determined to help their fellow citizens. And so are we.

Local PHF volunteers are loading Boxes of Love with rice, flour, cooking oil, blankets, masks, hand-sanitizer, soap, toys, books, and many other useful items and are distributing them to the most impacted and vulnerable families in their community.

Here in the US we often feel powerless in the face of such atrocities. But here is something we can do. As we celebrate love in this country around Valentine’s Day, would you join this effort and give a Box of Love to those families and children most in need?
