The A Shot For Life Clash Against Cancer is a hybrid between an All-Star Game for the best lacrosse players in Connecticut and a fundraiser for cancer research. Players are first scouted from the CIAC and NEPSAC leagues before being moved on to the interview phase. All participating athletes go through an interview and orientation before ultimately being selected.
