2024 Brigantine Triathlon Sponsorship

Dear Potential 2024 Sponsors, 

It will be another exciting year for Green Whales, Inc. with the announcement of our 2024 Race Series! We had a fantastic showing in 2023 and cannot wait to do it again.  As an added perk this year, we will be adding advertising opportunities for the  Greenheads Swimming Swim Meets.

Sponsor support has made us realize how much is possible when we bring the community together for a great cause and some fun competition.  We have a ton of fun planned for our 2024-2025 race season, including:

• Greenhead Ocean Mile             Wednesday,  July 10th

• Brigantine Open Water Swim  400M/2k/5k Sunday,  August 4th 

• Brigantine Beach Triathlon Saturday, August 10th

• Brigantine Ugly Sweater 5K Saturday, November 30th

As you may or may not know, proceeds from the Race Series benefit Green Whales Inc.   Green Whales Inc. is a non-profit that encompasses three different programs:

• Greenheads Swim Team, a competitive swim team 

• Whelan’s Whales, a swim lesson program for the local underserved community

• Stanley’s Special Friends, a water safety program for children with special needs

In addition to our swim programs, proceeds from the 2023 Brigantine Triathlon contributed to the Brigantine Rams Football and Cheerleading, Brigantine Baseball and Softball Association, The Fisher House through the Brigantine Polar Bear Plunge, Brigantine Community School Farm to Table Project, and Brigantine City Beach Patrol  LIT program.

For 2024, we will continue to partner with Brigantine Community School, offering 3 great programs for the students, paid for by proceeds from the Triathlon;

• Whelan the Whale’s First Grade Water Safety Program

• FLEX Swim, A Brigantine Community School Program during the school day  for  5th and 6th grade students

• American Red Cross Junior Guards Program (NEW FOR 2024)  for 7th and 8th grade students

Our swim family and our team of cherished volunteers are committed to the GWI mission of giving back to not just the swim community but the community at large. We do this out of the pool by participating in food and clothing drives, beach clean-ups, volunteering at the Field of Dreams, the food bank, and the farmer’s market, and participating in various community events such as Trunk or Treat, etc.
