I am an 18 year old high school student from Gaza. My trauma has caused me to neglect myself and I wish to die every day, but I also have dreams of being an architect. I am afraid to get close to anyone because I keep loosing my friends as they become martyrs. Please read about my family below and help my campaign.

My younger brother, his name is Aser, he was born in the war and he did not live a single happy day. He is very nice, but he cries a lot when he hears the sound of warplanes.

My middle brother, his name is Badr. He has a small body but a lot of movement. He likes to work. He does not like to sit in one place. He likes to help my mother with the housework. He did not complete his education because of the war and he lost many of his friends, so you see him sad some of the time.

My brother, his name is Ayham, he is very quarrelsome and does not like to take pictures. He cannot stand sitting at home for a long time. He is often in the street. Despite that, he loves life and wishes to go to the Emirates. He does not like to study, but he is an ideal brother and I love him.

As for me, I love life, but unfortunately there is no life in Gaza. I was a diligent student who wished to study engineering in Egypt, but that did not happen. Everything was destroyed. I lost my home, my friends, and my education. In my view, life became just one day in which I could live and in which I could die.

My father, he is 45 years old. He works in all fields of work. He loves helping people. He always tells me that I must work hard in my studies until I reach what I want. He is a great father because despite everything that is happening, he still tells us that everything will pass.

As for my mother, she is the reason for my success in everything. She always strives to bring me the best. She wished that I would be an engineer, but the war came and destroyed her dream of that. My mother is the heart that always beats for our happiness. She is sad now because of what we are going through, but there is no help in her power.
