Since 1999, Conestoga Crew has been a place where student-athletes learn what it means to commit to something bigger than themselves.

Rowing is demanding. Blistered hands, aching legs, early mornings, and long practices are part of the journey — not for sympathy, but because they build resilience, accountability, and trust. Athletes learn to show up when it’s hard, support teammates under pressure, and push through discomfort together. These experiences don’t just prepare them for racing — they build habits of discipline and self-belief that carry into rowing, school, and life.

This winter, our athletes will row eight million meters together. That distance is a shared symbol of collective effort, consistency, and mental toughness as our team pursues ambitious goals — together. The ergathon, on March 7th, marks the culmination of that work.

We invite family members, friends, alumni, and community supporters to help power what comes next by sponsoring one of our athletes.

Each team member sets a fundraising goal and reaches out to their community for support. Every contribution directly supports our athletes and the program.

Why Your Support Matters

Rowing is an equipment-intensive sport. Boats, oars, ergs, coaching, regatta entry fees, and transportation are essential — and expensive.

Like most high school rowing programs, Conestoga Crew is a club sport, with most of our annual budget supported directly by families and donors. Your contribution has a real and immediate impact on our ability to train, compete, and keep the program accessible.

Your Donation at Work

$250–$500 — Supports a regatta entry fee or transporting boats
$75–$100 — Funds one day of coaching or equipment maintenance
$25–$50 — Fuel, safety equipment, and the day-to-day costs of running team practices
