Monday evenings in February - Yin Yoga - each week will will focus on one area: Feb 5 = Hips and Lower Back Feb 12 = Legs and Hamstrings Feb 19 = Spine and Shoulders Yin yoga is a slow, passive style of yoga where we hold poses a minimum of 4 minutes. No previous yoga experience is needed.
